As the founder and lead consultant of Lp3, Leanne McLean brings deep multi-industry and cross-functional executive experience to the table. Leanne's expertise lies in operationalizing values into actions, culture transformation, and aligning strategy, people, and processes within the organizational ecosystem to optimize human and organizational performance.

What sets me apart from typical executive coaches is the substantial number of years I've spent at the executive table in complex organizations.  This experience allows me to provide immediate value to  my clients across the disciplines of leadership, organizational design and effectiveness, behavioral change, and cross-functional systems optimization.  In addition to this breadth of knowledge, I provide a range of specific services including assessment, individual and team coaching, fractional executive support, and organizational performance optimization consulting.
